Pay or Contest Eagle Tickets
The sheriff traffic citation page says payment must be received within 20 days of the citation issue date. If the deadline has passed, the person must attend the court date listed on the ticket or contact Eagle County Combined Courts at 970-328-6373 to arrange payment. Failure to pay or appear can result in a judgment and points entered on the driving record. A ticket marked for mandatory appearance should not be paid without court confirmation.

Eagle County Municipal Tickets
Town payment channels vary. The Town of Eagle accepts online court payment by credit card or e-check, mail check or cash to P.O. Box 609, Eagle, CO 81631, and check drop-off in the rear drive-through payment box at Town Hall. The town warns not to drop off cash. Avon Municipal Court holds arraignments at 100 Mikaela Way. Gypsum Municipal Court is held the second Tuesday at 2:00 p.m. and lists online payments for citations not requiring court. Minturn Municipal Court is usually held the third Monday at 2:00 p.m.; one continuance can be requested by contacting the clerk, while additional continuances must be written for judge review.
